TLV320AIC3100EVM-U CodecControl

Hi.

I have a problem with interfacing TLV320AIC3100EVM-U Evaluation module with my PC via USB cable. I have installed the slac366a software and run CodecControl.exe. When I connect the evaluation module i get an error: "'680.0' is not a valid floating point value" and an empty progress bar in the backroud. When I click OK, only the empty progress bar is shown.

If I select the EVM simulation the same error message appears.

I am running Windows XP SP3. Same problem accured on another computer. Both are TOSHIBA notebooks.

Please help.

It's a long-shot, but try changing the language on your PC to American English so ten thousand is typed "10,000" and not "10.000" like European style...

Thank you very much, it worked (I had to change it in control panel --> regional configuration, not just the keyboard input).
