When I set register 0x33 = 0x02 (24-bit), 0x34 = 0x00. Where is the most significant bit of the audio data located (or how many BCK) from edge of the LRCK?

With you current configuration of
Reg 0x34=00, 0 BCK (no offset).

Yes you will get that I2S format, the offset available for SAP_CTRL2 register setting is more for TDM purposes.
