TLV320AIC3254: How do I get access to PurePath Studio?

Hi, 

I have tried twice to get access to PurePath Studio for an amateur radio project.  The project is highly unlikely to go into production. 

If I am successful, the project might form part of one or more local VHF/UHF repeaters, but the boards/firmware will remain my property.

What can I say on the form for it to not be rejected as inappropriate?
