Analog audio signal to Digital Audio signal conversion and vice versa(Freqency modulation and demodulation of Audio signals)

Hi,

I want to design a Transmitter and Receiver for my project.

In Transmitter:

I will feed Analog Audio or Voice as an input to my device which i want to convert into pure digital format without using any microcontroller.

I want to do Frequency modulation of the signal.

In Receiver:

I will fetch digital output of Transmitter and want to again convert that digital signal into original audio signal means frequency demodulation of the signal.

I will play that signal in my speaker.

I will be using photodiode in the receiver which is very sensitive to ambient light and noise. Carrier frequency generates continuous noise in my receiver.

Can you guys suggest me such IC where i can do Frequency modulation and demodulation of analog signals in transmitter and receiver.
