PUREPATHCONSOLE: PUREPATH-CMBEVM + TAS5825mEVM: Issues "Writing coefficients to device"

Part Number: PUREPATHCONSOLE
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TAS5825M, PUREPATH-CMBEVM

I'm attempting to tune the TAS5825m amplifier with PurePath Console via the PUREPATH-CMBEVM and TAS5825M EVM board.

1) I can begin tuning the device when activating audio modes that don't enable things that are "Smart" as in the features that require information about the speaker from the "Character Speaker" section

2) When I select an audio mode such as "SmartAmp LookAhead" or "Base/Pro" with either default or custom thiele/small parameters, the configuration of the amplifier by PPC gets stuck at the "Writing coefficients to device"

3) I can't seem to find any resolution to this sort of problem in other posts that seem to be similar, however a number of suggested solutions (none confirmed) in other forum posts are leading me to believe that the issue might be either:

a) Windows 10: PurePath Console running on a Window 10 machine... I have tried installing PPC on two separate PCs running Windows 10 with no success. I have not tried installing on a Windows 7 or 8 machine.

b) Buy and try another Eval board: I recently bought another PUREPATH-CMBEVM because the previous board I had stopped working entirely... so I have a brand new PUREPATH-CMBEVM. Both PUREPATH-CMBEVM boards exhibited the same problem. I haven't tried replacing the TAS5825M EVM

Any information to help me get the other audio modes functioning while tuning would be amazing.

Thanks.

Best,

Colin
