TI solution for microphone echo cancellation and environment noise cancellation

There are many ways you could do this so I suppose it depends on the complexity of the algorithm involved. We have codecs like the TLV320AIC3254 and TLV320AIC3262 that have a programmable mini-DSP inside that can be used for echo cancellation. More recently we demonstrated the use of TLV320AIC3262 to implement this and are working on developing similar documentation around this as well.

If you want to do something a bit more complex that exceeds the capability of our integrated mini-DSPs, then you will need a dedicated processor. Here is an app note that shows how you can pair one of our high performance audio ADCs with a TMS320C5517 DSP for implementing various audio algorithms:
