I would like to design a audio system using TPA3123D2.

Output is BTL mode 50W output at 1% THD+N load is 8 ohm and input voltage is 30V.

However, TPA3123D2 input is connect to PCM1754 which should be single end output.

The design is suitable or any better suggestion.

Hi Michael,

You mean the supply voltage range is 30V right? The design would be suitable. You will need an RC filter at the PCM1754 outputs to filter out-of-band noise and an inverting amp to generate the differential inputs for the BTL mode. Attached is an apps note on RC filter using sigma delta DACs. Hope this helps.

If the same condition but output load is 4 ohm, is that working? and the supply voltage would be ???

Hello Michael,

The supply would be 30V similar to the 8R load case. The PCB board would need to be designed with proper thermal considerations in order to get the best performance. Attached is some ppt on PCB design. Hope this helps.
