TLV320ADC3101: Could you review our register value?

The Inputs do not appear to be AC coupled, (there is a DC bias on the inputs) Therefore when grounding the inputs you are negatively saturating the input.  

That being said,  if the inputs were AC coupled and terminated to GND,  there would still be noise,  so DOUT would not be zero.

Hi Steve,

I connected GND to the analog input. There is no DC bias. When there is no analog input, I want to check that the Dout output is zero. Is there a way?

And please review the Register settings.

The unused inputs should be tied together and terminated to GND with a 0.47uf capacitor.

I can see now that the inputs are AC coupled, it just wasn't shown in the schematic you initially sent.
