I've downloaded mac install from website and it won't open for install, I also could not find any hardware requirements nor install instructions around.

Luis,

I've downloaded ppc3_platform_macInstaller

Tried to run it from downloads folder and also to put in in application folder. In any case when running it - nothing happens.

Excuse me, could you try to download the file and install it again with a different network? Sometimes the companies networks have protections that may cause conflicts during the PPC3 installation.
