Dear Exert ,

my TLV320ADC3101_EVM can not connect to my the PC after the wrong firmware upgrading, do you have any idea how to fix it?

I try many times but failed to make it successful connect. my PC is with win10 system.

this happens after I select the wrong EEPROM file image in the CCS software.

There is a process we can try for recovering this motherboard, first can you try disconnecting the USB cable, then on the USB-MODEVM short pins 1 and 3 of J6 (this is SCL and SDA for the I2C)

while those are shorted, connect the USB cable, check your device manager. There should be a generic DFU device listed among the connected devices. Can you confirm this?

if this works we should be able to recover the EVM.

Yes, I can get the DFU device in the list as displayed in the pic after I upload the USB driver. and what is the next step for recovery? I tried many times but failed.

in addition, what will be setting for the SW2? is the meaning of "off" means switch to "right"? and I need to switch sw-2 to right side?
