My customer would like to know the heat sink pressure. (How much pressure TPA3255 can acceptable if user uuse heatsink.)
Xilinx opens the application note in https://www.xilinx.com/support/documentation/application_notes/xapp1301-mechanical-thermal-design-guidelines.pdf
Heat sink pressure is explained in page 26 in the document and show the "20 to 50 psi pressure".
Do you have similar application note or information for TPS3255?
