PUREPATH-CMBEVM: Cannot connect using PPC3

I have a new Purepath-cmbevn and TAS5825MEVM.  I am trying to connect using the PPC3 app on Win10.

I have downloaded and installed the app.  I have connected the EVM.  It registers with Windows as an audio device.

However, when I start PPC3 and try to launch toe TAS5825M app to connect, it just hangs at the 'Loading' stage and spins forever.  See pic.

Any thoughts?  Your help is much appreciated.

    Hello Joseph, 

    Please try to the open the app without any EVMs plugged into the computer via USB. 

    Are you still seeing the same problem? If you are, are you able to open other applications?

    If no to both of those, please delete the program and download it again.
