TPA3255: protection mode

Part Number: TPA3255

Our customer test found that if we raise the output level of tpa3255 to above the clipping level at a frequency lower than about 100Hz, the amplifier module will enter the protection mode and need to reset the power supply before it can be turned on again. However, at a higher frequency, such as 1kHz, the amplifier module can work normally and will not enter the protection mode. Our question is: why under the low frequency of about 100Hz, if the output level is raised above the clipping level, then the amplifier module will enter the protection mode, and it needs to carry out the power supply complex to conduct again; and under the high frequency, for example, under 1kHz, the amplifier module can work normally, and will not enter the protection mode?
