Dear，

Our customer had requested the Purepath  and installed it sucessfully, but there is something wrong with his PC, so he had to uninstall it again, and  then reinstall it again, while he couldn't install it and it hinted that he need to request again. Does the pure path install only once? Do you have any other suggestions?

What he requested is named"setup_PurePath_Studio_Portable_Audio_MiniDSP_v5.95_build1_rev35815.exe”.

    Hello,

    There shouldn't be any limitations to the number of times PurePathStudio (PPS) can be installed/uninstalled. 

    Can you confirm if he still has the installer, or if he needs to download the installer again?  The installer will still be in his myTI "mySecureSoftware" page if he still has access.  Please have him confirm that and he doesn't have the SW anymore we can grant him access again.

    If he still has the installer, then have him make sure he removes any directories that may have been created during the first installation.  While it shouldn't be required, it's recommended to install this SW in "Administrator" mode on his computer if possible.
