TLV320AIC3254: Routing of left and right input signals

Hello,

Is it possible with the AIC3254 codec to route the left input channel, probably via the LDAC, to the right output (LOR)? And vice versa, the right input channel to the left line-out?

If this is possible, can it also be done while the codec is running?

    Chandler KI, 

    There are different ways this can be done, Its really going to depend on what you need. 

    When you refer to the "left input channel" do you mean the Left data from DIN of the I2S bus? or do you mean the Left analog inputs?

    Assuming that you mean the Left Digital input,  you can create a process flow Purepath studio with either a mux or volume sliders that allow you to pass audio from either DIN to either the left or right DAC.
