Hi team,

Do we have any solution can do I2S to USB?

CC8530 is I2S output and we need I2S to USB and then that can be recognized to HID Audio device.

Hi Zoe,

We do not have any I2S to USB devices. We do have USB audio converters that can convert analog to USB or S/PDIF to USB. If there is any use for this, take a look at PCM2906C.

Hi Zak,

I go through PCM2706C/2707C block diagram and check the arrow direction, seems it only support USB to I2S/SPDIF/analog, doesn't support analog to USB. could you help to check here?

Hi Wiky,

Yes, the PCM2706 is a USB DAC, it does not have an ADC so it is not a CODEC and cannot record to USB. If you want that functionality, you should look at PCM29xx devices like the PCM2906.

May I know if we have any USB audio solution that support 96kHz sample rate? Seems PCM2906C only support 48kHz here.

Hi Wiky,

Our USB audio codecs only support up to 48kHz sample rate. Unfortunately we do not have a USB device that support 96kHz.
