Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM49450, SN74LVC1GX04
We are going to use this part (lm49352) in one of our design but we are not able to find the reference design as well as DC analysis data. can you please help me to get these information.

Shani,
can you be more explicit in what you're looking for? There used to be an EVM and the schematic and layout are in the datasheet on pages 96-99.

Hi Steve,
The data I am looking is the DC level for pins to check the DC analysis(VIH,VIL,VOH,VOL) with MCU.
-and how to handle the MCLK, can I directly connect the crystal(12 MHZ) to MCLK?
Shani,
This device was developed by National Semiconductor and some of the documentation is a little lacking. I am unable to locate specific data for the LM49352, but this device was developed on the same process node, and by the same team as the LM49450 and that datasheet publishes the following specs. Obviously I cannot guarantee these values as they are for a different device, but they should be the same.
regarding the MCLK input, I would not recommend connecting a crystal directly. either use a clock provided by a processor, or consider a crystal oscillator driver such as the SN74LVC1GX04.
best regards,
