As I have issues with the register tables generated by PPC3 for teh TAS3251, I trued to update.

I start PPC3 and log to my TI account. I have a red "i" near "Installed EVM Apps". Clicking on it I get "Do you want to download the update". I click yes.

It fails with the message "Failed to download" PPC3 is v3.1.1 build 247.

Hello,

This is the latest version of PPC3 (v3.1.5)

As for PPC3 as a whole, TI is currently experiencing a glitch with the PPC3 and ti.com/securesoftware.

We have informed the IT department and we expect the issued to be resolved soon.

Still not working. I still can't update to latest PPC3 version: "Failed to download" message.

Do you have a time frame for the resolution of yours IT problem ?

Hello JMF,

We are still working on fixing this issue with the highest priority. In the meantime, I can ask our PPC3 team to provide a standalone PPC3 APP for TAS3251.

I will post the link here once I have access to it.

Please find a standalone PPC3 TAS3251 application in this link: https://txn.box.com/s/ja4rl0kgtgbf28apdl3hoz1js3dbb1or

I recommend when downloading to do it in a different directory so it does not overwrite your current PPC3.

Again, this is a temporary solution until the bigger issue is resolved.

I was out of office in the last days and also didn't got a notification for your message. A a consequence I did not succeeded to download the document fast enough.

The issue with PPC3 has been resolved. The main PPC3 application will now allow access to applications after logging in.
