PPC3 dosen't show any EVM Apps

I have installed PPC3 and TAS2557EVM board but PPC3 dosen't show any EVM apps:

What might be wrong?

Welcome to E2E and thank you for your interest in our products!

In the App Center window of PPC3, do you see any available EVM Apps after signing in? Have you requested the TAS2557EVM plug in and have you been approved to use this software?

Could you provide your email address to search for additional details?

No, I don't see any apps after signing in.

I have access to these software products:

TAS2557SW-SA

PUREPATHCONSOLE

I unistall PPC3 ver 3.1.5 and install the older version but it dosent help. Also environment variables seems to be right.

After signing in the older version looks like this:

If I select red i, it asks to download the update, but it informes: Failed to dowload.

Is some plugins missing?

We have contacted our software team and it seems that there's an internal issue. Let me see if I can get an offline installer so you can use this TAS2557 plug in without issues.

Now it seems to work, but HW checks informs "Unable to playback audio from device A" and same "... from device B". On the other hand I can hear sound on both speakers. Is that normal:
