Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PCM5242, , PUREPATHSTUDIO, PUREPATHCONSOLE
Hello!
We have created two cases with devices PCM5142, PCM5242, the first case CS0215431 for PUREPATHSTUDIO, and the second case CS0215438 for PUREPATHCONSOLE.
All these cases were answered with the same text:
"Thank you for contacting Texas Instruments. Your request has been acknowledged and in order for you to be able to access restricted information, we must request for the approval first. This request has been forwarded to another TI department and they will contact you once your request has been approved. Please allow 24-48 hours for this request's approval..."
After that a week passed but we have not received any messages about mentioned cases.
Could someone please help us to resolve the situation with our cases and get some information about them?
