Can LMV1032 be used with dynamic microphone ?

If you want to use this part with a standard dynamic microphone like the ubiquitous SM-58, you should add a differential input stage. And at that point, you might consider INA163 or similar, unless your primary constraint is rail voltage.

I saw INA163 datasheet.
However, the package is so big for my PCB.
Would you tell me the more small package device ?
For example, SON or VSSOP 8-lead.
And it's better for my application to use single supply.
I forgot to tell you that the output impedance of my dynamic microphone is 600 ohm and unbalanced.

Perhaps something like INA331 or INA332? These are single-supply devices but maximum voltage is lower.
