I have a TAS5805 Eval kit where the board where the USB does not connect. I have tried different USB cables,  different USB ports , and even a different computer with no luck. Before the USB failed completely , it would connect and disconnect over and over again.The board is driven by a +24 V bench supply, but it is only drawing about 12 ma of current..

Any one have any ideas or is the board just dead. .
