TLV320ADC3101: Problem related to Sampling data offset

Part Number: TLV320ADC3101

Hi Team,

my customer is facing a problem while using our TLV320ADC3101. the question is as follow:

When recording a 1Khz signal through 3101, a periodic pulse is found. Verify that the periodic pulse is a sampling point that has been repeated.

The data is expanded as follows:

The spectrum is as follows:

Circuit is as follow:

What needs to be confirmed is that the current 3101 is the 12MHz clock provided by the crystal. If the MCLK output by the main processor is selected, does the problem encountered have anything to do with the internal delta-sigma modulator and the subsequent sampling filter? This IC It should support both clock modes.
