OPA1664: Help in component selection

I am using opamp as a voltage follower for one application. I am using a filter circuit for the output as shown below.

Can anyone suggest how to select the values for diode, transistor and resistor values?

Hi Daniel,

Could you please clarify the expected filter response, i.e. cut-off frequency, stop band, etc.?
While, I suppose your schematic looks output clamp circuit.
If you expect also the specific clamp level, could you please tell us the clamp voltage or current value?
