My Customer is looking for the complete thermal data for the PGA2320IDW. Checking with the datasheet this is data is not included. Can you share with us the thermal data of this device?

    Hi Renan,

    I have not found the thermal data for the PGA2320 DW package yet, but I could see such data in the same package of another device; UCC21750.
    I suppose it is not so different between PGA2320 and UCC21750..., but I'm investigating the exact specific for PGA2320 now.
