PCM1862EVM: Software Access

Anybody have a suggestion on how to get the attention of someone at TI who can get me access to the PurePath Console software?  I requested access over a week ago with no response.  I haven't been able to use the EVM yet.  If you have a suggestion of another manufacturers part to use instead, I'd appreciate that as well.

    Hello,

    Apologies for the troubles and delays you've had here.  There are unfortunately occasional glitches in the request system but I can confirm we don't have a request from your address in our unapproved queue so something must have gone wrong.  I've seen delays occasionally getting through some of the first level export screening if the e-mail address is not coming through a company e-mail, which may have been the case here.

    That said, I have manually added you just now.  You should get an approval confirmation in the next 0.5 - 6 hours.

    Thank you for your response.  My problem is solved now.  Just so you  know, I submitted 2 requests.  I contacted customer support who assure me that my request was in process and that I just needed to wait.  It is a pretty messed up system and one that would make me think twice about designing in a TI part next time.
