Hi,
What reliability testing has been done on this part? And what was the supply voltage used for reliability testing? The datasheet says the supply voltage range goes up to 9V but the graphs below are tested at 7.5V. Any and all information related to this would be helpful. We are trying to decide what supply voltage to give this part between balancing headroom and long term reliability.
Thanks,
Cameron
