My customer is looking for a dual output signal for microphone system.
Their microphone spec is as below. Is LMV1012 suitable for their design?
Impedance: 2.2kohm
Sensitivity:-44db ( about: 6.3mV )

By "dual output signal" do you mean a differential output? Or two channels?
If looking for two channels you can use a pair of LMV1012 or a dual channel op amp. You should consider LMV1012 is a very small DSBGA device, not sure if that's what you're looking for.

Thank for your help. It is two channel.
If the source signal is only one channel, would you suggest to connect two LMV1012 with single source instead of one LMV1012 to dual output channel from point of view of load effect. Not sure what kind of load LMV101 will connect to in the usually case?

You may connect two amplifiers with a single source.
The output connection from LMV1012 would depend on your application, it could be connected to a power amplifier for listening or to an ADC for recording.
