TPA3221EVM: TPA3221: Output power doesn´t work (no EVM)

Dear team,
I'm  designing amplifier with TPA3221 and I can't get the output power from it. 

VCC = 20 - 30V 
Vin = 2 Vpp 
Zout = 8 Ohm 
OTW = 5 V 
FAULT = 5 V 





I noticed that behind the capacitor (pin 8) is Vin + 4 Voffset (print 2.).




The output voltage of the amplifier is 5 V (print 3.) 




Does anyone have experience with this?

Hi,

I measure voltage on MUTE (pin 17) 500mV - MUTE is in LOW state.

In datasheet is limit 1,9V for HIGH state.

Voltage without pullup resistor is 60 mV.. Have a some experience?

Hi Michael,

Is that the only pin outputting a strange voltage? You shouldn't need to provide a pull up resistor to the CMUTe pin. There might be something wrong with how the device is starting up.

only CMUTE and RESET is in LOW state.

Reset is active low for this device. Please pull the pin high to bring it out of reset.
