PCM1803A: Input port hardware processing

The 8,17 to 20 pin inputs are fixed to HIgh or Low.
If low is selected, can it be grounded directly to GND?
If high is selected, can I connect directly to Vcc?
If No, please advise the appropriate pull-up and pull-down resistance values.

Hello,

The digital input pins can be connected directly to VDD and GND to set the logic levels to "1" and "0" respectively. You mentioned Vcc, but the digital signals should be referenced to Vdd.
