TAS2505-Q1: Sporadic loud noise output with WCLK/BCLK error

Hi team,

My customer is designing automotive cluster with TAS2505-Q1. 2 pcs of TAS2505 (relatively low PPM) is reported to output loud noise sporadically but can somehow self recover w/ or w/o reconnect power.

The only abnormal thing captured is identical WCLK/BCLK error waveform as below. Page 0 reg 27 is set to 0x00 (I2S 16 bit WCLK/BCLK input).

I've also attached the weird noise. Any idea on where the problem is or what test should I do next?

Could you provide the circuit schematic, entire registers configuration and BCLK / WCLK frequency values, please?

This would give us a better approach to this issue.
