PCM6240-Q1: I2S connection

Hi experts,

My customer want to send the I2S signal from PCM6240-Q1 to both SOC1 and SOC2, can they connect I2S bus directly as below? Or a 1:2 I2S switch is needed between PCM6240-Q1 and the two SOCs? Thank you.
