I heard from my customer that he can only request a free sample once a day.

Is the next Request possible in 24 hours? Or is it after the date changes?

There is a Samples Program FAQ page: https://www.ti.com/info-store/help/free-sample-program.html , but I don't see a direct answer to your question, other than: "Please note that sample limits do apply" .
