is there any device which can support audio signal with USB interface and transfer to I2S interface, such as CP2615;

Hi Ken,

Not directly in a single-chip. We could build a solution that went USB->S/PDIF-> I2S. This would require the PCM2902 for the USB to S/PDIF, and then a DIR9001 for the S/PDIF to I2S.
