TPA6130A2: /SD pin's internal equivalent circuit

Hello Expert,

I have question regarding TPA6130A2's /SD pin.
Our customer's system have possibility of violation of exceeding low level logic input.
So we plan to use resister divider for attenuating signal level.

Then, Could your provide /SD pin's internal equivalent circuit for estimating the impact from external resister divider?

Hi, Kuramochi-san,

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide details of internal circuitry on these products. However, the SD pin has an impedance around 550Kohms. This should be taken into account during the circuit design. Usually, these pins have also some protection diodes for any voltage above the recommended voltage. However, constant exposure to maximum limits may result in a circuit damage.
