Hi Wayne,

Let me ask a couple questions:

• Are you able to configure the device by using tuning and audio processing panel, and playback audio through the EVM, even though there is error during system checks?
• Do you need a standalone TAS2110 app due to network restrictions?

Hi Luis,

Customer and I confirmed that the MSFT inbox driver version of 10.0.18362.1, released on 2019/03/18 works with TAS2557 EVM and Windows 10 with no issue.

Hi Wayne,

Could you please try updating PPC3 software? Our latest release is v3.2.0 and you seem to have 3.1.5.

Please let me know if you're still having the same issue after updating.
In addition, I wanted to ask:

• I understand you get system checks error, but are you able to go forward in the process by skipping these checks?
• Are you able to successfully configure and play audio through the device?
