I think, It is the ac coupled differential to single end conversion circuit. Is the polarity of the input capacitor reversed?

Hi Mukuno-san,
I think you are correct, it would be best practice to have the high-side connected to the DAC output. Ultimately though, I do not think it will cause a problem either way. Most electrolytic caps are rated for a reverse voltage of about 10% of their rated voltage. That is why you can see polarized electrolytic capacitors on the output of some audio systems.
