Hi Sir,

we want to implement the Acoustic Echo Cancelling function, we need the sound of the speaker to be sent back to chip that processes the sound.

we want to know whether the DOUT of TAS2560 is the sound sent to the speaker after processing?

    Hi Tommy,

    TAS2560 sends back IV sense data through DOUT. Actually this device does not process the signal in any way, and you're getting back current and voltage data, not a processed signal.

    Perhaps you could be interested in TAS2563. This device has speaker protection as well as some tuning features like EQ, DRC, etc. This device is able to send Echo-Reference data through SDOUT, which is post-processed data after all speaker protection algorithm and tuning.
