TPA6211A1-Q1: output have square signal even on input

the VDD is stable 5V, I can let customer provide this waveform.

could you help to confirm is there any design problem or protential risk? beacuse some board is normal and some are not. this is function issue,

the circuit design seems ok. 

but if there is square wave, although it is only around 10Hz, but there should be some harmonic, it could be some noise heard. and it will have more power consumption.

question and suggestion:

can you help to clarify the percentage of the abnormal boards?

maybe ABA test to check it is related to the boards or chip.

the noise is heard which can't be accepte by customer application.

I have let customer took A-B-A test, it follow the IC. but it is the function proble not IC failure. we need confim that there are no design problem.

In addition to this request from Wenbin, do you have some captures of the device pins? The schematic looks correct and there's no reason to get any output waveform like that unless it is also located on different pins. Could the customer verify if this square waveform can be measured on another pin?

Can the TPA6211A1-Q1 device be isolated from the rest of components of the board just to see if this waveform is generated from another device? I mean, could the customer power up just the TPA6211A1-Q1 and remove the power from the rest of devices on the board? Could he also remove the input audio connector (if any)? Does he still have the same behavior?
