Would you advise my customer's ABS voltage question about supply voltage difference(Vcc-Vdd)?
Query: Is this "difference" value acceptable at -3.3V?
My customer uses under below condition,
・ VCC = 5.0V or 4.6V
・ VDD = 3.3V
VDD will be started up first, and it will be temporarily -3.3V when the power is turned up.
Is it okay to understand that the value of "VCC- VDD" should be 3V or less including the sign as described?
The customer needs answer tomorrow, so your prompt reply will be much help.
