Can you help to verify if TPA3128 can meet the following TPA5117 or TDA5117 output design based on a CLASS-AB application, the output is two speakers, both are connected to GND terminal, thanks!

This looks like you are wanting to have a class-D amplifier set up to be in single-ended output mode. TPA3138D2 does not natively support this output configuration.
While a lot of our devices don't support this natively we do have a few devices that do. I can check to see if we have anything for lower power levels but I'd recommend taking a look at the TPA3244 and TPA3250. Both of these are analog input devices, pad-down (PCB is the heatsink), and can support this Single-ended output configuration for up to 4 speakers.
Now there are PWM input devices that also support single-ended output mode configuration but these devices are older and would require an additional modulator that would require I2S and I2C communication. Since you are looking at an analog input, I don't think these would be the best fit for you.
