PCM1798: PCM1798DBR: Evaluation kit available

We do not have an evaluation board for the PCM1798, but we have a preliminary evaluation board for the PCM1795, which is similar.  We can sample 1 unit to key customers if the business case makes sense, or it should be available on ti.com in a few months.  If you you or your customer would like a sample, please reach out to me directly.

Hi Paul,

This is Vito from GPE (HK). We are going to design out PCM1798 for one of our core products, LSX WM II and need TI's support to provide the EVB. As I was informed there would not be EVB for 1798 available but PCM1795. I would like to know when this EVB could be available so that we can start the engineering works. Or is there any other way to help us to speed up the process?

The sample has been approved and should ship in the next day or two.  Severe weather in Dallas slowed the approval process, but it should be okay now.
