Hi Team,
Our customer's PurePath Console 3 is not opening correctly on his Windows 10 computer, but it was working properly with the same computer approx. 2 to 3 months back. They tried to run as admin, uninstall and reinstall the console, as well as contact their IT for support. None of them can make the purepath console 3 running correctly.
I already shared this e2e thread as 1st solution to the customer. The customer uninstall and reinstall with the mentioned package, as well as check the path. They are all good but the PP3 is still not running correctly. The PP3 initializing screen shows up after he double click the PP3 icon, then it closed out itself after a second. :
