Hello,

I'm posting for one of my customers.

The TPA3111D1 has two pins for each of the two output polarities OUTP and OUTN. Essentially there are two OUTP pins and two OUTN pins.

The question is what impact is there, if the two pins are not tied together on the PCB? Must the two pins be connected?

Yes, you need to use both pins. They share the current, one pin won't be able to carry the full rated current. is this for my favorite customer of yours?

Refer them to the EVM layout for an example layout.
