Hi Aneesh,

On the EVM, they will need to be separated as this is how the board layout was done. However, in your own design, this is possible and I have seen many customers use headset/mic jacks.

Hi Aneesh,

The only reference I have available is from our headset detection application note. It doesn't clearly show how you would connect a jack to our device but shows that this is feasible.
