PCM1804-Q1: Differences between PCM1804 and PCM1804-Q1

I already use the PCM1804DB for an audio application, for inside-standard application.
As PCM1804DB is out of stock now, can I substitute it with PCM1804S ?

    Hi Stefano,

    Yes - the PCM1804-Q1 is form/fit/function compatible with the standard PCM1804 device.

    Hi Stefano,

    PCM1804 and PCM1804-Q1 are pin compatible and functionally equivalent so it is fine to substitute one for the other. Alternatively, PCM4202 also shares the same pinout with PCM1804 and has very similar functionality. A list of the differences can be found at the end of the datasheet.
