You may want to consider AC coupling the inputs to the ADC so any DC output level differences between the two op amp channels doesn't appear as a differential signal to the ADC. Furthermore, what levels are you expecting as inputs to the first stage amplifier? The maximum input level of the PCM4220 is 5.6Vpp and your circuit looks to be configured for a +/-12V input/output.

Aux_Input of J410 is left/right single-ended analog audio signal that have 2Vrms(max) voltage level.
So power supply of opamp is configured with single 12V for enough power.
The first and second stage amplifier circuit is configured by your recommended application document.
Is there any problems?

Hi Jeffrey,

Sorry to redirect you slightly here but I think a safer option would be to utilize an FDA based approach similar to what's used in the PCM4222EVM.  The circuit you've designed will fundamentally work but needs to be more specifically tailored than it currently is and it will be easier to achieve with the OPA1632 based circuit shown in the datasheet for the PCM4222.
