Hi,
Recently, we have seen many questions related to PurePath Console and their plug-ins requests and access. Here you can find a detailed procedure and examples to request access to our audio software.
The first step is to go into ti.com and make sure that you’re logged in with the myTI account you will use to request access. Then, look for the device and enter to its product folder. Click on the Request now link. In the example below, the TAS2563 plug-in is requested.
To start the request, fill the form with the requested information. Make sure to write all your information. Otherwise, the Audio Software team will deny your access.
Once the access request has been sent and approved by the responsible team, you should receive a confirmation message like the following. Click on the link to mySecure Software from the confirmation message.
By clicking on the link, an internet browser tab will be open on mySecure Software site. On this site you’ll find all the software you’ve been granted access. Make sure that you’re logged with the same myTI account you’ve been granted access.
If PurePath Console hasn't been installed, look for PUREPATHCONSOLE between the requested software list and click the Access button.
It will take you to the PurePath Console download site, look for ppc3_platform_winInstaller.exe and click on the link to download it.
(Continued).
Install PPC3 by using ppc3_platform_winInstaller.exe. Open PPC3 and sign in with your myTI account. Make sure to use the same myTI account you’ve been granted access.
Once logged in you will see the apps you’ve been granted access available for download/install under Available EVM Apps. Click on the app you want to install and click on Install latest version on the pop-up window.
It will show a progress bar on the app you downloaded/installed. When the app is completely installed, you’ll see it under Installed EVM Apps.
I hope this helps you!!
