Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPA3112D1
Dear Supporters.
We are designing a speaker that is using TLV320AIC3254IRHBR and TPA3112D1, is the codec and amplifier from TI, refer the attached schematic, they are used with beagle bone black board for manipulation. In the design, we mostly refer to TLV320AIC3254 Evaluation Module closely, but we have a big problem with the codec chip-set, preventing us to make production, is described below.
The codec is connected to speaker over the LOL signal (pin 22 of codec). After powering up system, beagle bone black will start the codec chip and initialize the bit D3 to be equal 1 (LOL is powered up) at " Page 1 / Register 9: Output Driver Power Control Register - 0x01 / 0x09 (P1_R9)", a sound like a noise beep "Bop" is generated from speaker that make inconvenient for our product. This issue only happens one time after cycling power of system. We test with evaluation kit TLV320AIC3254 with beagle bone outside, in every time, software engineer set bit D3 = 1 and the noise "Bop" is generated after that if D3 is cleared and set again, the noise "Bop" will not generate again.
Could you kindly consider to give me help for this issue? I try with some reworks at the circuit of signal LOL output but no improvement is successful.
Thanks and Best Regards,
Toan Thieu.
