Hi,

Thank you for interested in LM98714. This device does not have ψJT information on datasheet. Normally takes 2-3 weeks to obtain thermal modeling information.

For short term, I suggest to refer similar package device's ψJT. DS90CR286AT-Q1 is 56pin DGG package.

I will update info once data is available.

Hi,

Thermal modeling analysis is done for LM98714. ψJT = 0.4 degree/W.
